1800seal911 / EPM machined a polyurethane U-Cup for use as a seal for a large press. The job required a quick turnaround - only a few hours - and 1800seal911 / EPM made it, in time, and at the same high quality we bring to all of our jobs. From machinery to packaging, we were able to manufacture just what our client needed in an extremely short time span. With a glossy red finish and resistant to hydraulic oil, this U-Cup was also manufactured to withstand high pressures.
We made four of these in a few hours, to our customer's supplied specifications, and he flew his company jet to a nearby air field where we met him with the seals. What they needed we machined, in time and with precision
